Getting the Wheeling Fever
Hey guy, please excuse my newbie question. I have a 95 LS monty. I went to add some oil today as i do once every 6 weeks or so and i accidently overfilled it by a decent margin. After realizing i did this i drove the truck about one block to my apartment and decided to drive my other ride till i figured out what i should do. Should i just drain a little out? I dont want to damage anthything, but i figured the i block drive couldnt have done too much damage? Thanks, and again sorry for the novice question. Thanks

Yes, just drain some out. And no, you didn't hurt anything.

In fact, while you're draining, do an oil and filter change, since odds are that you (and everyone else) needs one.
