my "shutz gun" .. 2 wands .. first is a rotating 360* "V" notch . Second is a 90* rotating . ![[Linked Image]](http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j2/bj_bumperboy/MY%20Trekker/HPIM0818.jpg) although the frame looks rough .. it is all surface , there are NO PIN HOLES .. NONE .. frame is good and strong .. The pictures really dont do any justice to the work , looks much better in person ... and about a leter of POR-15 was used ..

In my experience, POR15 without metal prep (and sometimes even WITH metal prep, if not done precisely) including their three step process doesn't adhere very well. Peels off in fact. One of the downers of POR15. How did you get all that done on the inside?

absolutly I have had the same issues .. and obviously not possable to "scrub" the inside of the frame , but I have had some great results also , just applying to a cleaned , rusted piece .. with no pealing ..There is no "sure fire way"
I guess only time will tell for sure .

I replaced the FP bracket, later replaced the pump to find total rust on the bracket. I would suggest you POR the new parts. The original in your pic has the gold colored coating, the replacement does not..... ![[Linked Image]](http://www.flexplorers.com/photopost/data/500/9159_Sndr___Pickup_rusted.jpg)
