I just put a new radiatior in it and that boosted my power, the truck pulls much stronger up hills. Im thinking about getting a new thermostat because i have a feeling mine is pretty old, and that would prolly boost my mileage. Could probably use a valve adjustment & new o2 sensors, but the gas savings wouldn't justify the cost for the parts. Just keep that tire air pressure up - biggest difference...
