The clutch in my 92' has always required that I press the pedal ALL the way to the floor to place it into gear from a dead stop. When going into reverse it wants to grind just a little even when fully depressed. When I got this truck it was not running, so I have no idea how it was before. I put in a new clutch, t/o and pilot bearing and slave cylinder when putting in the "new" engine. The new clutch assembly has about 5k miles on it. It has always required the full depression but I just got used to it, because I usually just drive it on the weekends. But after a full day of driving it in traffic I thought that this is just not right, maybe I need a new master cylinder for my clutch, it does not leak but it is the only thing I can think of...its the original and the truck has about 190K miles on it....
any thoughts?????
