When logging in, just use 'library' in both the login and password fields. seems a lot easier to navigate than KiaTechInfo, although not as complete.

I've used this a bunch lately-mostly for non Kia stuff, but tonight I needed some '00 E-350 wiring diagrams and the log-in would no longer work...bummer.

I doubt it. I imagine that they reviewed their user statistics and figured out that they were getting hits/usage from all over the country (world?)on that particular profile and made whichever library that chose "library" as a username and password change it to something more secure. They (Ebsco) charge pretty hefty subscription fees for that access. Our local library uses them only for periodicals-they can't afford the automotive reference portion of their service. I log on to it (the ebsco access from our lib.) with the number off of my library card, but it doesn't work with the service manuals.
