Pretty fast and liquid cooled DOHC 1350cc engine. This would be fun to mess with, with a roll cage and seat belt.

Ive seen those before. They call them "shifter carts". Basically big motorcycle engines mounted in a go cart chassis.

One of my customers races those. In the last race, the average speed for the race, not the speed of the winner, was 72 mph, on a road-type course.
