I would think so. My VR4 that I got from someone used it cause of the slight griding it has when shifting on the fly into 2nd and 3rd. Synchromesh should help absorb some of that and help it shift a lil smoother, but wil not fix your problem in the long run. Its usually good for 10k. I plan on trying it out myself

I would think of no advantage to Pennsoil Synchromesh.The t case is kinda primitive and I stil with 80-90wt.
Synchro has been used as additive to V6 V5MT1-0 s.
