Steel Clocking ring. four rotation options. I believe it is a Early style JB Conversions ring. Good condition. It does have a knick on the outer lip but it is very minor and has no affect on performace. It comes with the 6 cap screws to attach it to the case but only one stud. $40 Shipped

What transmission will this work with? If it works with a 700R4, I'd like to have it.

It should work behind a 700r4 as long as you have the tcase adapter with a 6 hole pattern and not the 5 hole.
