Apparently it is stock because the dude who owned it b4 me knew nothing of cars (which is why it just sat for 4 years after not passing smog.) anyone know anything about a stock posi on a 94 yj? are they any good? If the owner wasn't much into offroading the chances are it is still in great shape. For my uses I prefer posi's to aftermarket lockers.. So far I have only wheeled it once (before i discovered the posi) and i did notice it did exceedingly well for a stock jeep. (altho no jeep should ever be under estimated) Quote make sure you use possi additive The oil I put in it was regular gear oil, but on the back it said it works with limited slip diffs. Should I still put in an additive as well? If so, what do you recommend?
