I picked up a sealed beam to H4 conversion for $20 and an HID kit for $69 on fleabay.

All I can say is wow.

For those who are interested. The throw is better than most OEM HID systems ala BMW and AUDI. It was bolt in and took 30 minutes to cleanly install with the ballasts property secured.

H6024 H4 conversion for $13.99...

Do I take the ever sardonic rolleyes to mean you don't like bright lighting on a vehicle? Or does the thread title itself offend your delicate sensibilities?

Hurry, I'm wrought with concern!

The HID kit you link to looks to be a single beam and not a hi - low beam as a Bixenon kit would be.
Is this correct?

For the money, the bi-xenon kit isnt worth it unless you have an actual separate beam/ light housing for it. Other than that, it doesnt give off that much more lighting.

Nice find! I have xenons on my Montero and VR4, its a nice addition <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />

I'd be a bit worried about the legality. Other than that, I think it's a cool mod!
