Well I'm all out of fight! Got turned down at all levels from Chrysler to get the latest issues fixed, next stop small claims court! I guess when the company is strapped for cash and laying off workers left and right, it's seen as a money saving move to deny warranty coverage. I haven't taken the Jeep off road so knowing there is no damage or signs of damaged caused by off road use, I asked the dealer to throw the jeep up on a lift and show me proof that the faults with the jeep were due to it going off road and not a simple warranty job! Show me the dents in the skid plates etc!
