Getting the Wheeling Fever
I have a 89 trooper, i am missing on of the bolts that holds the caliper assembly on. I was able to get a 23mm socket on the top one that is still there, can anyone tell me what thread the bolt is and what lenght it is so i can go to hardware store and get a new one?

thanks

DONT DO THAT , THAT IS A SPECIAL BOLT AND A HARDWARE STORE BOLT IS VERY RISKY , GO TO A DLR AND ORDER THE CORRECT ONE ,IT COULD SAVE YOUR LIFE, THE CORRECT PT NO IS 894423- 252 0 , IT IS A 14MM DIA X 29 MM SHANK
LENGTH WITH 1.5 MM THREAD PITCH. JERRY

Since dealers are hard to find, you can try St Charles Isuzu - (800) 727-8066. Free shipping!!

A junk yard would be a good source also.

Because they aren't the same grade. The Isuzu bolt is stronger.

yea, and I doubt your hardware store carries a metric bolt in grade 10.9 or higher. you'll need to go to a speciality fastener store at a minimum.

running a std hardware store bolt esp on brake components is asking for trouble.
