Need a Spot

I took an engine out o my 2wd 86 truck with carb and put it into my 4 runner and the efi is all missed up in the 4 runner and i was wonrdering if i put the intake and carb on back on the engine where would the green plug on the carb plug in

Just hard wire it through an ignition source. See my carb faq in my sig for a wiring diagram of that green plug. You will also need to put in a fuel pressure regulator set at 3-7psi.

it will work, but I'd figure out the EFI instead. Even if you have to pay a mechanic..

I just know alot more about carbs than injection and i cant figure it out and its the only auto i have so are there down sides to a carb. mpg? power? what?

I'm an old timer and I understand that injection has many,many good points but... I have carbs in all 4 of my toys (most converted)
We race one and play(daily drivers)in three and once a spring loaded needle and seat is installed I have never had a carb let me down. I've seen injection run upside down and I can't argue with that. But if I don't have a dry sump oiling system I'd like to have my truck stop ruunning if it's upside down??
I could be wrong...

i have the factory carb that was on the engine when i switched over to the efi do i really need all thous vac lines i know i have to have two for vac advance but come on there must be 15 of them

We run webers and holleys, and only use two vacuum lines. One to the distributor and one to the power brakes. Everything else gets plugged.
