I have an 1986 4 runner and i have fire to the plugs and gas to the rail it wont run tyurns over and can spray gas into the efi and will run breifly have checked the maf and the tps both check out ok but the injecter wont fire truck ran fine before engine swap and now it wont

Search this forum for "+Injector +Wire +Splice". Over the last few years there are a few good threads on that common problem that prevents the injectors from firing, if that is indeed the cause of your problem.

I have fuel to the rail no jumper needed the injecters just ont fire

Ground strap from intake runners down to the passenger side motor mount installed? Ballast resistor on passenger side fender getting power?

See if the injectors are getting the ground signal from the ECU, pins No10 and No20. May need to use a special test light (a.k.a. noid light) to check that.
