Body Damage is Cool
Ok this is also religious as well please bear with me.When my nephew which is 8 found out that Obama won the presidency he was really upset,I mean to the point of throwing up.After he calmed down and cleaned himself up He asked my sister so the people in the US are greedy and think more about money than a baby.My sister then asked what he ment to which he replied.Well if women have abortions that baby will not live,it will not ever be able to play,go fishing,or get older get married and have kids of their own. God says it is wrong so why does that man say it is ok.then he started going off about gay marriage and such saying the same thing about God saying it is wrong but obama saying it is ok.

It is truely amazing what kids think and say. Makes you wonder are the children the wise ones. they know no racisim, they are not corrupt, and they are not blinded by money. is this what God means by come to me as small children? who knows for sure

Sounds like the adults need to have their conversations about those issues in private. Ridiculous that a kid that age should be bombarded by adult and political issues to the point of being physically stressed. They already have to deal with the social crap at school as it is.

My uncle heard his boss's 4 y/o a few months ago ask who was coming up the sidewalk. Didn't hear the adult's reply, but the kid said, "Oh, it's just one of the workers."

They pick it up from somewhere, hence my first sentence. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/shame.gif" alt="" />

That may be so,but you also have to figure kids are more intelligent than we think. Plus my nephew has severe adhd so anything outside his little world is often unheard or simply ignored well at least while his meds are working, the rest of the time he is bouncing off the walls or asleep.there have been times when i had to nudge him to get his attention.maybe he hears bits and pieces in church,on tv ect. but to add stuff like can't go fishing,or play, thats all him. maybe he asked what something meant that he heard on tv and he asked my sister,or mom what abortion meant, or some other things that he heard. they did not give me that much detail. all i know is that it disturbed him badly, that he understands right from wrong, and that He is strong in his Faith.
