Need a Spot

i own an 88 dodge raider and keep having an issues with it cuttining out when its at full throtle. i just replaced the fuel pump and filter wich helped alot. but is still cuts at high rpm and when it downshifts at f/t. also what is the red;ine on this engine mine only will turn about 4200 <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/angry.gif" alt="" />
