I've had my new head unit for a few months now, and had the harness adapter all soldered up, so I could plug and play as soon as I got my new rig... fast forward to today - I even had a ring terminal on the ground. Pulled off the center garnish, undid the screws to remove the double DIN bracket, went to unplug the OE radio... OH NO. Different harness. One plug instead of two. Damn. Rechecked the info on my harness kit - yep, Mitsu 83-94. Mine's a 93 JDM, which is NA 94, but no dice. Did some more checking, and found another harness listed for 95+, which looked just like mine. Drove into the city, went to the nearest Future Shop, and thankfully they had one - brought it home, cut off my painstakingly soldered harness, soldered the new one on, and now I have tunes in the new Limo.
USB direct-in with an 8GB thumb drive is a good thing...
Moral of the story: Sometimes doing things ahead of time takes more time than putting things off.

Hi Phil,What brand and model of stereo did install in your new ride? Can you also tell me the part number for the harness you got from the Future Shop? I also have an amazing 2.8 LBW Exceed I've brought in from Japan recently, its been on the road for about 6 weeks now; its been absolutely fantastic driving around in all the Snow we've been getting in and around the Lower Mainland area of Vancouver lately.Thank you for any help. cheers, Murray

I got a Panasonic CQ400 something, but I think I'm gonna see if FS will take it back. Where the Paj's din stack is low in the dash, the display is hard to read off-axis. We'll see tomorrow... In any event, the harness was a bestkit. PN BHA7001, IF your harness looks like this: If its the two plugs instead, then you need the bestkit BHA1743, like this: ![[Linked Image]](http://www.bestkits.com/i/bha1743.jpg) I'm also loving the 2800!

The USB-in is awesome!
