I blew the alternator fuse and have a replacement but I can't get the f'n thing out. Is there a special tool or do I have to take the entire harness apart to get it out.
The cass came off easily but the guts remained in the harness. Help I need to get to work! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/scared.gif" alt="" />

Unbolt the fuse panel from the body, flip it upside down, and you will see how it un-snaps from the bottom.

Thanks dude, I had to figure it out the hard way.
There are three wires on the front, each is red with blue striping but two are connected and the third is seperated.
Do I attach the double to the 80 amp and the single to the 30 amp?
Just want to make sure as I didn't take a piture of it before I removed it.
Thanks again

The 80 amp fuse i got from Auto Zone, my brother had to get an entire harness from a junk yard. Once I opened the case it was just four screws (but don't use a screw driver) then pull the fuse out. Make sure to pay attention which wire goes where, take a picture. There are detents that only go one way, down. Hope this helps.
