A non-running engine suitable for turning in as a core. If you are willing to rebuild it, then it might work, but you get what you pay for. That, is something you cannot guarentee with a used engine. There is always a risk it will blow up soon after you acquire it. Rebuild or a crate engine will help reduce that risk, but there is a relatively postive relationship between what you pay and what you get.
