Is there a difference between a pipe bender and a tube bender? I see pipe benders for sale real cheap at Northern Tool or Harbor freight for up to 2 inch pipe for about 100 bucks. Can I use a pipe bender to bend 1.5" 0.120 wall HREW tubing for my exocage?

In general, "pipe" is of thicker wall material and often used for gas lines, conduit, or water pipe.

Most pipe benders have a single curved surface at the point of bend where a tubing bender will be an enclosed case around the point of bend.

In other words, you can use a pipe bender in place of a tubing bender. However, your bend will not be a smooth, rounded bend. At the sharpest point of the bend, it will have a "flattened" look.

Thanks, I pretty much found out from Pirate that a $600 tubing bender is the way to go for nice multiple bends in a single tube. A reasonable one seems to be this tube bender from Pro Tools.

If you are looking for clean bends, the $$$ spent are worth it.

The budget minded can get by with the cheaper variety....

Tube and pipe also have different diameters. Pipes have nominal size designations while tubing has tighter tolerances that are held to the OD.
