What will i have to do with the wiring for the auto? Does the standard have a wiring plug that goes to it? Also were the clutch will bolt up in the Automatic vehicle there is the ecu or a fuse box and i dont know how i will relocate it. I know that it is alot of questions!! Any answers will help!! Thanks

It will be easier since you have both vehicles and therefore all the parts. The fuse box will have to get moved, can"t really say how, slide it over and screw it back down?
You'll need pedals, clutch linkages, the crossmembers will need to be swapped.
The wiring harness may unplug and you can remove it but there may be othe things on it that are still needed. on mine the O2 sensors are also on this wiring harness.
Whats wrong with the manual trans vehicle? Would it be easier to swap the good parts over to the Troop with the maual trans already in it?

The auto vehicle is alot nicer powerwindows, nicerbody but it has a blown engine. So i put the motor out of the standard trooper in it, but the tranny is leaking from the torque converter so i want to put the standard tranny in it now. I put a new (front pump seal) in the automatic before i installed the new motor but it is still a leak!!
