checked out that site, all kinds of companies are doing this to get their ratings up, some in real estate as well...makes me wonder what i have bought based on fake reviews.

Seems like some companies pay folks to falsify their product experience: Boy am i glad that i do not have to do that. I just provide Good , Quality Service at a Reasonable Rate. My Customers Love Me!
