Getting the Wheeling Fever
Problem seems to come and go when the Runner starts up. It has trouble idling without cutting out. Is this something that I can clean with Throttle Body cleaner or is the Throttle Body just wearing out?

My Runner is 500 miles shy of 200K,

Hugh

Yes. Just remove the intake hose from the throttle body opening. Using a can of throttle body cleaner or carb cleaner, spray in the opening, and clean it out real good with a clean rag. Open the butterfly valve and get ALL 4 sides of the valve, and all over the inside of the throttle body. I wrap the rag around a long screwdriver to push it deep down into the throttle body. Use a flashlight if you have in order to see down in the throttle body to make sure you cleaned everything.
