I had a customer roll in the shop (pre-booked) Tuesday ... to have his 1/4rs replaced .. we discussed the work which includes NO Paint , and shook hands . Wednesday we rolled the unit in .. and quickly got the roof removed , and interior out .. and started to remove the steel 1/4rs ![[Linked Image]](http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j2/bj_bumperboy/erics%204runner/HPIM1303.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j2/bj_bumperboy/erics%204runner/HPIM1304.jpg) not a lot of rust on this unit .. but as I constantly see , rust under the top rail . ![[Linked Image]](http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j2/bj_bumperboy/erics%204runner/HPIM1306.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j2/bj_bumperboy/erics%204runner/HPIM1307.jpg) that ends the 1st day .. day 2 Thursday grinding and cleaning the internal rust , and installing the new fiber 1/4rs ![[Linked Image]](http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j2/bj_bumperboy/erics%204runner/HPIM1305.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j2/bj_bumperboy/erics%204runner/HPIM1308.jpg) day 3 Friday glue is cured , and time to put it all back together .. ![[Linked Image]](http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j2/bj_bumperboy/erics%204runner/HPIM1310.jpg) [color:"black"] done and ready for paint ..... Any tips on how to install the chrome wheel well trim to the fiberglass panels? The factory set is held on with the same hardware that was used for the inner wheel well molding.
thanks Jim

jim I usually set the trim in place BEFORE , I mount the panels .. get all the holes drilled and trim installed .. then it's easly removed and re-installed .
