Need a Spot
Can anyone tell me what size the bolt head is on the crank shaft pulley for my 1997 Mitsubishi Montero 3.5L SOHC <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/scared.gif" alt="" />

What size in terms of what socket to use? Can't recall for sure, but anything big on a Montero is usually 22mm. There are a few odd bigger ones too, maybe the castelated nuts on the front suspension?

As far as the tool chest goes, you'll want 8 (interior maybe), 10, 12, 14, 17, 19, 22 for regular work. Then larger as needed- 24 and 27 I think covers it. Might also need a 13, if anyone has replaced a bolt on yours with something from the hardware store. I found a few on mine that way (since replaced with standard Mitsu bolts).

Don't know about the 3.5L, but on my 3.0L it's a 22mm socket. I wouldn't be surprised if the 3.5L is also a 22
