I need info about any engine rebuild kits, gasket sets, internal engine parts, any engine performance parts, etc. that anyone may know of. Also need any engine specs or measurements anyone knows. Any replies are much appreciated.

The factory service manual (FSM) is your best source of info for engine specs and tear down/rebuild info. See here for an online FSM http://www.ncttora.com/fsm/Try www.urdusa.com for 3.4L performance parts

Thanks Adam. Found helpful info on both links & added them to my favorites. That 350 swap is very interesting also. I've had thoughts about a 4.7IForceV8 swap for my T100. Any thoughts on that subject, anyone???

4.7 swap would be KILLER! If I had the money, thats probably what I would have swapped.
1UZFE (the smaller 4.0L V8, same motor mounts as the 4.7 2uzfe) is a very popular swap. Theres a good thread on pirate4x4 with swap info

Is your engine broken, smoking?
I would be very surprised to hear that you have engine block problems. This thing is very sturdy. And nobody's machine shop is going to match the quality and precision of the robots that machined and assembled this stuff in Japan.

I have a 96 SR5 4x4 and will be doing this swap. I had an 03, and 07 Tundra and I still like my T100's short wheelbase better for climbing hills. Plus this is the last REAL Japanese truck!! 200K hard miles (I tow 6-8 5K-8K lb trailer loads of firewood each winter, so this truck has been well used!) <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> I hope to do the swap this year. Any info anyone has would be appreciated.
