Hello everyone

Can I use API GL-5 gear oil 80W-90 for my axle with locker, manual transmission and transfer boxes? Manual states API GL-4 but did not discriminate against GL-5. Anyone? Thanks.

There is info in the FSM that says type 5 might cause <<wear/erosion>> of some of the internals. I think maybe it talks about some bronze parts.

Whenever I get under there, I was going to squeeze in some Lucas and a few drops of Nyoil.
