Now It will not start. I have spark and fuel in the rail.Any suggestions will be very helpful. But I do know to squirt some fuel (any type) into the TB to see if it is a fuel problem OR a lectric problem..If it sputters from the fuel you squirt in there it is a fuel problem, if not it is lectric.. do that and get back here with the results. I think I'd be for putting a couple of MOPAR ones back in there and see if I got a sputter out of the few I replaced.. If so then I'd be thinking the Ford ones weren't compatable. Not for performance... only 'cause parts for the 5.0 are cheaper. They buy from here: http://www.fiveomotorsport.com/ IIRC, 19lb works for an unmodified 4.0 engine. There are a number of 19lb choices, however, and I don't remember the part number.
