Body Damage is Cool
I have posted here on and off over the last few years. last year I sold My Monty (90 4dr LS Black with 33's etc.) to a friend. truck had/has over 250K and is still running fine- I just wanted something with less miles. Well last Summer/fall I picked up a 92 Landcruiser which is a nice BIG 4x4 - but it Ain't no monty. I kind-of want something a little Smaller and found a nice 94 LS here for sale with 112k. I need to know were these the SOHC 24v engines and were they interference or not? ANY ADVICE WOULD BE GREAT!

SOHC 24V didn't come out until '95. IIRC, they aren't interference engines. Essentially, it's the same as what was in your '90 except makes a little more power & torque.

I saw one a few months back that was black with 33s-35s near riverview high school, it was probably yours! You might be seeing mine soon this summer its out of town right now.

I'm pretty sure the 95-96 24V SOHC 3.0 is interference. Think of it as a 3.5, minus 0.5. They are very much like the 3.5s. Far more like, than compared to the 12V 3.0.

Yea it WAS mine. My friend lives down there. He loves it. I put 33x10.5 BFG's on it like 2-3 yrs ago. they will never wear out-esp how he drives. I put a lot of blood into that truck, So there is someone else on 4x4 wire from Sarssota on here?

Georgia. nothing higher than 350'msl in FL. Nothing to wheel on but mud and the sand roads in the Nat. Forests. Come to NE GA and I'll take you light wheeling with no stucks.
