 Server upgrade

We are upgrading our server within the next 2 weeks. I'll post more specifics as I get them.
The plan is, loosely: 1) have the new server installed and configured 2) do a test migration of our confs and data 3) validate/correct 4) wipe data and confs and do it for real.
On the actual day of the upgrade, we'll be offline for several hours with a page up explaining what's going on. After the upgrade, things should be as they were before the upgrade w/r/t logins, content, forums, etc.

Yep, but 483 days is pretty cool regardless.
Usually there are 0 users, for obvious reasons. But the sheer number of http and sql and smtp requests and portscans etc etc etc can put a load on it.
