Im thinking the dolt has no idea its really a 4.3L V6.

Its not a 4.3. The distributor is on the front of the engine like a 3.8 231 buick.

^ good point, thats a very old conversion not often done anymore it seems too.

That still didnt come out of a f body car

I only seen it once but a guy I know had an 80 or 81 firebird with a factory 231.

EDIT- I asked what year was the firebird the engine come out of. I will update if he gets back with me.
