Will Mobil 1 synthetic 0-30 weight be ok in Arizona summers?

If you were running regular oil, what viscosity would you run?

Mobil 1 0-40 might be a better choice if you can find it.

The numbering is:

0 = viscosity
40 = protection comparable to 40 weight
