Getting the Wheeling Fever
Just finished replaced my blower motor resistor and the fan still does not work on any of the speeds. I'm thinking it might be the fan. I have already taken it out and was wondering if their is a way to test it to see if it spins.

Sure, hit it with 12V.. But be careful it will JUMP violently if it works.. You won't be able to hold it.

I'm assuming I touch the battery with the red wire, and should I ground the black one?

Yep! Make sure to have it insulated from the battery..or donor vehicle.
