If we can get him on line again, I'm still interested. I've been looking for the e-mail address, but can't seem to find it.

Just found it Jay at RAMCHRGNFUN@YAHOO.CA

Here is the original thread too that shows the pictures of the front and rear bumpers.

Just talked to Jay & he indicated that if you guys are interested in a 'group buy' he'd consider taking on the project. Maybe email him with your thoughts & see what he says.

Depending on price, I might jump into that.

01 Convertible; Electric Fan; 3" Up Your Kia lift spacers; Tj 104's; 31x10.5x15's on Centerlines; Rear LSD.
GONE, all I have left are a few spare parts and the wheels.

xjeeper (Rob) Thanks for that, I will send him an e-mail right now and see what he has to say. By the way, nice rig you had! Soon as I saw it i noticed you had the same wheels as mine and then I had to find out who built your bumpers! I have a silver 01 EX Sporty & purchased the same wheels but DC Crusher tires before I found this site. if you have time I would appreciate a PM with any suggestions you may have as i'm in the begining of my build. I'm waiting for Everet's 4" susp lift to show up before I can install the new wheel/tire pkg.

Thanks again

That definitely is a Bad Bumper and looks pretty cool. I like the diamond plating in it. Looks a bit heavy though, did he mention how much it weighs?

no he didnt but i can find out, i know he kinda went overkill on his,it has lots of steel reinforcements behind it...i know its not a sportage but would still look basiclly the same, and im sure he could customize as well, like a 2" reciever so that you could put a winch on thats mounted to a stinger, like the red one on the upyourkia site, or extra hooks or whatever, just need the interest first, i wont have the extra money for mine for quite awhile, but he can use mine for measurements and such..only sucky part will be actually seeing one for ours and still having too wait;damn birthday season

Oh, I thought you were getting in on this as well, birthdays?? He would probably need to use your rig during the process and remove both your bumpers for fitting. I'm looking for both front & rear bumpers. I would just add a receiver & a pair of eyelets and it looks fairly close to what I'm looking for.

Just thought you guys would like to know. I'm working on getting Jay in touch with the fella that bought my Sporty. They are both looking forward to helping you guys with your bumper interests. Gunna be cool if what Jay did for me & my Sporty turns in to world wide adventure .

Hey Everet...pretty cool seeing my Sporty on your webpage. Showed it to my kids & they thought it was pretty cool being famous .
