Hey gang, thought I'd introduce myself beforehand. Been reading the board alot since i had the truck. Figure I'd give posting a shot. I have an 89 montero that I bought on the cheap and it has a few kinks I need to work out. This is my first Mitsu that Ive owned so most of the parts are new to me. (Used to have 92 LC). First of all, the passenger wiper pivot was spinning in its socket. When I pulled it out it was seized and tried EVERYTHING i could to salvage and lube it, but I had to drill it out. Now I just want to buy one used (that works). The motor was brand new when I bought it last year, so if anyone has a wiper pivot thingy I would love to purchase one. I hope this forum can help me work out the kinks I have. I love the truck and hope to hear from the boards.
