Well after 7 years of flawless performance from my ARB lockers front and rear, my rear ARB failed and got stuck in the locked position after last years Zu-zoo. After sitting for the winter I pulled the diff apart and found that the plastic piston that locks and unlocks the diff was broken. So, I called ARB and they told me to send it to them. That was a week ago. I talked to them today, they were waiting for parts but repaired it today, changed all the seals, cleaned it, packaged it with a new bulkhead kit and airline and shipped it....all at no charge!!!! This unit was 7 years old and tey completely stood by their product! Amazing customer service. Props to Matt and Chris in ARB tech. If you are thinking of buying anything ARB, do it with confidence. Body Damage is Cool
Good to hear and I can second this. I've had "newer" "upgraded" parts shipped to me at not charge.

Was this Chris Woods? Chris Woods was a member of my Club, he had worked in CS (and who knows what else) for years but I had heard that he had moved away from ARB.

Roll Me Over
+1

During winter wheeling January 08 the solenoids on my compressor system fried for some reason. Called ARB and they sent out replacement solenoids, no questions asked, no charge.
