Howdy,
I need to either rebuild a turbo charger for my 223t or find someone to do it for me.
Anyone got a good contact for this?
I have two, one has a busted axle, probably toast, but the other is just beginning to make a whine. I quit using the Trooper until I can get the work done.
I believe the alternator/vacuum pump is the culprit, I think it leaked the oil out and that reduced the flow to the turbo, so I need to install an oil seal kit in the alternator as well, I'm looking for that kit as well.

I had a Trooper turbo rebuilt in Waco at Majestic Turbo. Like you, I had one that was toast, and a decent one needing seals. I shipped all parts to them, they sent back a rebuilt turbo and a the rest of the parts.

Call them for a quote, but be ready. I think it was about $500

Okay thanks, I suppose I should try Albuquerque for quotes first since it is closer.
