On Wednesday the 14th, I went golfing with my son. Shot about a 110, slightly high, but we had fun.

On Thursday, I played hooky from work and went on a motorcycle ride with Corbin. Had a great ride, right up to the lefthand turn that I didn't quite make it around. Ended up slightly off the roadway and shoulder, slowing down at a good pace, when the bike decided it had gone far enough and pitched me off. Landed on my left shoulder/ribs with the wind knocked out of me (I hate that feeling). Shoulder was a little sore and the ribs hurt, too. A couple minutes later, after Corbin decided I might not be behind him anymore, he came back...

Cycle was in decent shape, mostly minor fairing damage that will require some replacement fairing pieces. There was no cell coverage where we were, so I got back on the back and rode another 20+ miles towards Denver. It was a little bit harder to get off the bike when we stopped, as the ribs were hurting pretty bad. We also took the leather jacket off and noticed the nice bunk on the left shoulder. We called Aaron and he came and picked me up and drove me to the ER.

I ended up with a broken collar bone and bruised ribs/sternum. Collar bone should be good to go in about 6 weeks from now. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />
