I have a 1984 4x4 22r and I'm changing it for a 86 22r 2wd. Does the oil pan need to changed for the 4x4? Also, is the clutch the same? The 86 2wd is a 5 speed. Is there any other changes I need to do?

Oilpan, sump tube; double check the dipstick and tube lengths, as it seems to me the 2wd one is about 1" shorter; been awhile.
Everything else will bolt up for ya. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" />
Changing out the pilot bearing while you have it apart, yes?
