I know this is not a major lift compared to some but it's the one I wanted. Plus I drive primarily on road with a few dirt trails and packed sand thrown in. Anyway, does anyone out there have this setup on a 3rd Gen and if so (or if you've seen it) do you think it'll make the Runner to butt-lifted. I know 0.5" ain't much but I don't really want that hot rod look. I'm also figuring the rear should settle a bit in time. **This combination was recommended in one of the previous posts about lifts.

Thanks all.

From what I've read, spacers give you exact amounts of lift and there isn't a whole lot of "settling" that goes on after they're installed, so 1" front and and 1.5" rear will make the rear 1/2 an inch taller no matter (unless you have fat people sitting in back or a lot of cargo in the trunk).

I'm personally going for downey springs in the back and 2.5" spacers in the front, which should give a balanced 2.5" lift.

Daystar for the "get it now" folks.

Also the 1" PP springs would work as well.

Thanks fellas...but truth be told, I'm guilty of ordering before asking. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Embarrassed]" src="images/icons/blush.gif" /> (At the time I felt sure about it. Guess I'm a "gotta have it now" type) It was a pleasure doing business with David. He sent the front spacers within a week.

I'll mull over it for a few days. Might even install all the spacers to see how it looks. If it looks too jacked-up I'm definately calling David again.

just think of this. spacers don't sag. the coils themselves sag. and the runners have a tendance to sag in the rear. i guess the rear coils are not up to par to carry the rear of the runners. so, get 1" in the front and 1.5" in the rear would either initially make your runner ass high or level it out. if it's ass high, then over time it would level out.
