... Had to install egr tube onto header, and put spark plug spacers on the cat monitors(too much flow over them with the single high flow 2-1/2" cat converter i have).
Also had to get the speedo working for the EGR and Cat efficiency self tests to complete.
And then there are the resistors that fool the system into thinking the V4A51 is still there, thanks to you.
AH. Glad I'm starting with the '99.

Sweet! I just talked to Howe Performance Power Steering. They will set up OEM pumps to the correct flow/pressure as well as port steering boxes. Whether they will or can do the Mitsu stuff is TBD.

I need to send them pics of the PS pump and box first and we'll go from there. If they're all good with the pics, I will send them the steering travel measurements and a new pump and box. They match everything together so the assist cylinder travel is correct for the steering travel and the box is set up with internal steering stops matched to the travel of the assist cylinder. IOW, nothing is working against anything else and everything is flow matched.
The only downside is that they only do 2"+ assist cylinders and I only want a 1.5" cylinder, so ... I'm going to have to work that out with them somehow.
I was looking at going with PSC like your's but I've been getting a LOT of negative feedback from the shops on PSC's quality the last couple years and my experience with the two boxes they built for me hasn't really helped.

Howe is expensive but the guys here haven't had any issues with any of their stuff. I'll keep my fingers crossed.
