Shock bushing info needed #947996 06/03/09 11:59 PM

Hello gents -

I'm working with a guy who is out of state, to get some new shocks made for my mildly lifted T100. I've sent him pics and measurements, but he needs the bushing measurements. And of course it is dumping rain here right now and the driveway is a mini-river.

Can anyone here help, so I can get back to him ASAP?

Here is the email from him and the info he is looking for -

"Can you pull off one rear shock, you don't even have to pull of
all the way off, just remove the bolt and measure the ID of the shock
bushing (so the OD of the Toyota mounts), they are likely say 18mm?

Likewise I need to know the diameter of the front mount, you might be able
to measure just by measuring the bolt. Thanks!"

I currently have the Rancho 9000's that have served their purpose as you can see...

Now that I'm re-reading his email, maybe I'm confused about what he's asking for... a Rancho specific measuremnt or a T100 shock mount measurement. Any help would be greatly appreciated and will be repaid with good karma points.

Muchas gracias!

Don't know the measurements but it seems like a simple phone call to any of the shock manufacturers should be able to answer the question. Or go to the local auto parts store and see if they have any shocks in stock that fit the truck, then measure the bushings.

Good luck & stay dry
