So I did the deck plate mod today..sort of. I cut a 3 1/2" hole in the front of the air box and left it open. Exhaust is actually not louder, but more quiet. Torque is def up both low end and higher RPMs. Also gas mileage so far is better.

How can you tell your gas mileage is better after one day ?

yea still is. Better power outta the whole as compared to before and better power when passing. MPG is better but dont have the exact numbers as to how much, its no more than 2-3 though.
