It's has a small weeping leak on the top on the inlet side and it fills the small lip on the engine side of the radiator, has anyone had these resoldered or where is a good online place to buy one?

Yes, you can resolder a small leak, but look at the overall picture - where there's one leak now, more may be behind door #3. I'd have your radiator serviced, rod out & boiling, fix whatever needs, reinstall and go.

I had this happen on my old Trooper--a small hole/leak in the upper radiator tank, facing the front of the vehicle.

Russell has just given you the proper answer, the 'by the book' procedure. I went the cheap route and used JBWeld to plug the hole. That was four or five years ago. There hasn't been a problem since. But, as Russell said, a leak is probably an indication of the overall condition of the radiator. The rest of it may not be far behind that leak, so be prepared to follow the more correct path.
