Getting the Wheeling Fever
went out for a run with the kia. Kinda went through little too much water got stuck, Got hauled out with no problem. Never shut engine down. Drove it about 10 miles or more. Stopped at the gas station to vacume out the water inside the truck. When i went to start it to go wash it in the bay it wouldnt start. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> any ideas. Truck worked fine all the way to the garage.


2001 sporty, tj rear springs with rav4 shocks, ford alloys machined centers with 30x9.5x15, front spacers. more upgrades to come.

If you got water in the passenger compartment then you might have gotten the ECM wet. It's located under the passenger side carpet under the dash.

If it's wet it can usually be dried out with no damage. But there is a risk that it was damaged.

I think its the fuel pump as i can tap on the top of the tank and it starts up...Thanks for the info. I hope that is what it is.
