If you haven't checked your front wheel bearings lately, it might be a good idea. I started getting a vibration that comes and goes. I decided to jack up the front wheels today and check for bearing play. Sure enough, the drivers side was fairly loose. I put new bearings in, about six months ago. Did that side without the big socket. Used channel locks. I now have the big socket. I adjusted the drivers side back to specs. I'll probably have to replace them before long. Right now all is good. Just thought I might remind everyone to check them from time to time.

Yes, it's important to use the proper socket, torque them to spec, and properly use the lock washer.
