First of all hello. I was on another 4X4Wire forum for 6-7 years but had to let my old truck go. I changed all the fluids in my recently purchased '97 Cherokee and in the process I found a 2007 TSB that recommends that the AW-4 auto transmissions now should use ATF+4 fluid. I started asking around and am getting all kinds of different opinions regarding using this full synthetic trans fluid. Any input from you guys will be appreciated.

I see no reason NOT to use +4 in that tranny. Even mixing with what little atf would be left over wouldn't hurt anything. Big JIm

Thanks guys,
Big Jim, if that's your monster deer, congrats. In my 25 years of Illinois Bow/Muzzleloader deer hunting I've only taken one wall hanger and would he have probably run for the hills if he came across yours in the woods.

Great collection. Mine looks similar to the one that's fourth from the left, but in the mid 150's.
I saved this image to show my friend and hunting partner...he's on the show circuit selling his wares.

Roy that one is a typical I shot in Montana near the Canadian border in 1984. His typical score is 184 B&C. The highest score is the One next to the left. Shot him on the Frenchman Creek coming out of Canada in 1983. He has 32 scorable points and scores 231.. Spent a lifetime and at least two fortunes hunting them animals.
