I got a ticket today. Not only did I not talk to an officer, we never met, never saw each other, nor was the officer of record even on shift. Of course I speak of Officer Kodak of the Heath PD <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" />

I fight camera tickets. who is to say I was driving? I always win too. Why should I pay the speeding ticket when its just a camera with a radar gun? I never signed the ticket too. So yea... in NY of course they say they just charge you the fine and don't give points. I would rather spend the price of the ticket in gas money to drive there to fight it. Screw these cheats and their new ways to make money.
