Well it's definitely rare. Looks nice. Try finding another TD which is newer 2.5L TD with intercooler and stick shift. It's not overly powerful but in 2 door would n't be too bad. Could be nice trail rig or even DD.

Wow, IIRC, they were never sold in the US as a TD and the only way to bring them in was to import them but maybe I'm wrong about that since this one obviously has a VIN. Pretty sweet although I'd go for the full brown interior and ditch the grey brown scheme but that's just me. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />

Two things give it away as a conversion.
The VIN.
The eighth character is a "E". That's a 2.6L engine.
The dash.
Next to the dash dimmer lights, there should be a hand throttle.
Still, it's a well done conversion.
