Does anyone with a silver '95 Monty LS have any idea what the lower cladding color is called? I've done a search everywhere and not found anything that would indicate a name. Those cladding parts are still available from Mitsubishi ( $$$) but they show a black option and a gray one as well. They appear to be dark metallic grey paint but who knows with car companies nomenclature. Thanks for any clues to the correct color!

Not sure what it's called but your best bet if nobody has an answer is to take your VIN into a dealership and ask them your paints color code & name. Using the code, you can go to any car paint place and they can create a match for the original color. If your paint has faded/aged however then you may need to paint more or all of the body cladding so that it matches. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />

Thanks for the idea, Had thought maybe that the VIN might reveal the lower cladding color as well but wasn't quite sure.

I think there are trim codes on there as well, on the underhood data plate
